Dr. Wang is currently a 4th year resident in the combined Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training program.

His research interests include diagnostic and therapeutic technology development, clinical outcomes, as well as patient safety and quality improvement. He is currently a Principal Investigator on a prospective clinical trial examining application of novel hematologic and rheological testing for prediction of microsurgical complications.
